{"id":8357,"date":"2023-09-29T09:46:21","date_gmt":"2023-09-29T13:46:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/munisanrafael.cl\/?p=8357"},"modified":"2023-10-02T09:47:02","modified_gmt":"2023-10-02T13:47:02","slug":"construccion-ampliacion-y-mejoramiento-sede-club-deportivo-union-san-rafael","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/munisanrafael.cl\/?p=8357","title":{"rendered":"Construcci\u00f3n Ampliaci\u00f3n y Mejoramiento Sede Club Deportivo Uni\u00f3n San Rafael"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Al media de hoy nuestra Alcaldesa Sra. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/claudiaalejandra.diazbravo?__cft__%5b0%5d=AZWXgvvxtNdNT8v0wwt8WdYr0GssspuuMTqGojWRNMKRU7eReYUt2VJY0EX4H0T7-rFklOpnzn_tnKurO2mOtd1ABKCVnX4NIgmTllmoGNFGAL2h74RDKi9BiTQRHDUHXO0J5hqI6uEvBZA3VqxUYL5kA5g4S0rnIlJqRm71ge0QIjF276jayilr31SdvAnj0VA&amp;__tn__=-%5dK-R\">Claudia Diaz Bravo<\/a> junto al Jefe de Obras Sr. Sergio Vera B., realizaron una visita al Proyecto \u201cConstrucci\u00f3n Ampliaci\u00f3n y Mejoramiento Sede Club Deportivo Uni\u00f3n San Rafael\u201d el cual est\u00e1 siendo ejecutado por la Empresa Servicio de Construcci\u00f3n Claudia Andrea Palma Vergara E.I.R.L quienes tendr\u00e1n un plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n de 150 d\u00edas, financiado por el Gobierno Regional del Maule por un monto de $69.983.288.-<\/p>\n<p>La intervenci\u00f3n a realizar consiste en una AMPLIACION de 75,68 m2 con 3 recintos: un sal\u00f3n de reuniones, una cocina y un ba\u00f1o habilitado para personas con movilidad reducida.<\/p>\n<p>En cuanto al MEJORAMIENTO de la sede existente se deber\u00e1 hacer un cambio de puerta; de piso, de cielo, molduras, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>La Alcaldesa se mostr\u00f3 muy contenta al ver los avances de la obra y al mismo tiempo por el gran crecimiento que tiene nuestra comuna en cuanto a infraestructura.
