Concejo Municipal recibieron al Joven San Rafaelino Sr. Luis Letelier Sep\u00falveda quien particip\u00f3 en los &#8220;Premios Latinoam\u00e9rica Verde&#8221; Edici\u00f3n 2022, resultando ganador en la Categor\u00eda Ciudades, Subcategor\u00eda Movilidad con el Proyecto \u201cBikeUtalca\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;BIKEUTALCA&#8221; naci\u00f3 como una iniciativa estudiantil para reducir el impacto ambiental de la movilidad universitaria. Es el primer sistema de micromovilidad compartida del tipo dockless a nivel universitario en Chile, exclusivo para la movilidad interna de estudiantes y funcionarios del campus Talca de la Universidad de Talca, siendo una alternativa de transporte saludable, l\u00fadica y sustentable.<\/p>\n<p>En esta ocasi\u00f3n, el Sr. Luis Letelier S., expuso a nuestras Autoridades en que consisti\u00f3 su proyecto y en los desaf\u00edos que tiene para un futuro, al mismo tiempo recibi\u00f3 las felicitaciones<\/p>\n<p>y reconocimiento de parte de nuestra Alcaldesa y el H.
