Diputado Sr. Hugo Rey M., la Coordinadora Regional de Senama Srta. Carolina Montero V., el Dideco de la Comuna de San Rafael Sr. Leopoldo Maulen S., el Dideco de Rio Claro Sr. Felipe Vargas L., Sres.
