Concejo Municipal periodo 2021 \u2013 2024, cumpliendo las normativas\u00a0 sanitarias y aforos instruida por el Ministerio del\u00a0 Interior.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\"><\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">En dicha Sesion de Concejo, la Secretaria Municipal Sra. Flor Villanueva M.,\u00a0 da lectura al Fallo de Proclamaci\u00f3n del Tribunal Constitucional, el cual se proclama a la Sra. Claudia Diaz Bravo., como Alcaldesa y a los Sres. Emilio Y\u00e1\u00f1ez M., Luis Moraga D., Basilio P\u00e9rez D., Franco Garrido R., Marcela Pacheco M., y David Gonz\u00e1lez G., como concejales de la Comuna de San Rafael.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">La Alcaldesa es su intervenci\u00f3n, felicit\u00f3 al nuevo Concejo Municipal y\u00a0 agradeci\u00f3 a los Concejales Sra.
